Package Contents:
The package also includes tools needed for battery replacement, as well as special screwdrivers required for the replacement process. If it's an adhesive battery, adhesive strips will be included with the product. This part requires professional installation.

Installation Tips:
For proper battery functioning, always thoroughly clean any debris from the laptop. To remove crumbs and dust, we recommend using compressed air. For easier removal of the original battery and adhesive residue, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol.

Due to EU regulations, batteries are not shipped fully charged. After installing the battery, it's important to first perform an SMC reset of the motherboard and then complete one full charge and discharge cycle for calibration and proper functioning of the new battery.

If the battery doesn't work immediately upon first start-up, please leave the device connected to the original charger for at least 30 minutes after the SMC reset.

If you have any questions or need assistance, you can use the free Smart Recycling hotline at 800 976 679.

Recycling is important not only for electrical appliances but also for batteries and accumulators. These products contain many recyclable metals, such as zinc, iron, manganese, nickel, cadmium, or lead. However, some substances they contain can be hazardous to the environment and human health, such as mercury, lead, and cadmium. By delivering batteries and electrical appliances to a take-back facility, you contribute to material recycling, conserve primary raw material sources, and protect the environment from improper handling.

Unused batteries that are not handed over for recycling can be hazardous and even cause fires, especially lithium-containing batteries. Therefore, it is important to deliver used batteries for recycling as soon as possible to prevent potential risks.
