How to start shopping?

First, you need to register on our e-shop. It is necessary to provide your business identification number (IČO). Once we confirm the registration, you can start shopping with us and see the prices of goods. If you are not a business entity, you can purchase our products from one of our partners.

How can I pay?
Currently, we offer payment on delivery, payment by proforma invoice, and for our reliable customers, deferred payment. More information HERE.

How do you ship the goods and how quickly?
We do not have a minimum order limit or a minimum monthly purchase requirement. The order value only affects the shipping cost. More HERE.

What is the warranty for your products?
We provide an extended 12-month warranty for spare parts except for batteries, which have a 6-month warranty. For accessories, we offer a 24-month warranty.

How do you handle customer complaints?
Our complaints department processes complaints as quickly as possible, within the legal deadline of 30 days at the latest. In the case of an accepted complaint, we will immediately issue a credit note or allow a credit on the next invoice. More HERE.
