If you need to make a complaint about goods, please follow the procedures outlined below.
This will save you time in handling the complaint overall.
We are obligated to handle complaints within 30 days at the latest, but we always strive to resolve them as quickly as possible.
1) Download and fill out the complaint form
2) Fill in at least the required information marked with an asterisk.
3) Pack the goods in a package and send it to the address:

The warranty on all accessories is 24 months.
The warranty on spare parts, excluding batteries, is 12 months.
The warranty on batteries is 6 months.
Spare parts are marked with our labels, and if our label is not on the item being complained about, we reserve the right to reject such a complaint.
Goods without defects can be returned in the original packaging (without signs of use) within 30 days of purchase without stating a reason.
