Battery Cell for Apple iPhone 14 Plus 4325mAh (CoB)
Battery cell for Apple iPhone 14 Plus 4325mAh (CoB)

Spare battery cell without a flex cable labeled CoB (cobalt battery), designed for a phone from the brand Apple.

The battery cell is intended for soldering the flex cable from the original battery, so the phone will not display a warning about a non-original battery.

The quality of batteries can significantly affect the performance and lifespan of devices. Batteries labeled with the brand (CoB) - Cobalt Battery - are characterized by a high cobalt content.
Why is cobalt content important? Cobalt is a key element in the production of lithium-ion batteries, which are the primary source of energy in many modern devices. Higher cobalt content in batteries brings higher energy density and improves overall battery performance. By using batteries with a high cobalt content, we ensure not only long-term performance of your devices but also increase their lifespan and reliability. Thanks to this quality, you can rely on our products to fully meet your needs and expectations.

Due to EU regulations, batteries are not shipped fully charged to 100% capacity. Therefore, after installing the battery, it is important to complete one full charge and discharge cycle for calibration and proper functioning of the new battery.

This is a single cell intended for professional repair with rewiring/re-soldering of the original electronics!

• For model: iPhone 14 Plus

Update FIX for iOS version 17.4

After updating to version 17.4, to set the battery capacity to 100% and 0 cycles, you need to use the 3U Tools program.

Download the 3U Tools program here.
*It has not been possible to verify how the battery capacity percentage will decrease over time. Once we have tested it for a sufficient period, we will update this information.

The articles for iPhone 11 and newer still require the use of TAG-ON flex.

*This guide also works on older versions of iOS

  1. Backup the phone's memory to the computer, the new process requires flashing the system through 3U Tools and then restoring the data.
  2. Set the original battery (or a battery with the original BMS flex) to 100% capacity using the TAG-ON Flex programmer and reduce the number of cycles to 0.
  3. Thoroughly re-solder the original flex to the new cell and permanently connect the Tag-On Flex.
  4. Insert a different battery than the original into the phone and turn it on to trigger the message about a non-original battery in settings - battery - battery condition and charging.
  5. Turn off the device and remove the non-original battery, insert the soldered cell with the original BMS flex and Tag-on Flex with modified capacity and cycle count into the phone.
  6. Connect the phone via cable to 3U Tools, download iOS 17.4 and select Quick Flash Mode, download version iOS 17.4 and check the box Fix battery health during Flash then click on the blue button Flash (see image).
  7. After installing, activate the phone and check in settings - battery - battery condition and charging.
  8. Done, you can now restore the backup from step 1.
