Why and how will your personal data be processed?

Purposes of processing:

Paybill processes your personal data that you have provided during registration for the following purposes:

• To verify the identity of a potential customer as a business
• Setting up and managing a customer account
• Receiving and processing customer orders and customer billing
• Fulfilling all rights and obligations arising from any purchase contracts concluded between Paybill and you or the legal entity you represent (e.g. claims, recovery of amounts owed).
• Bookkeeping

In addition, Paybill will process the above contact personal data and purchase history for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, where Paybill will contact you in various ways with interesting offers suitable for you or the company you represent, including sending you commercial communications (e.g. news, discount promotions and information about new products) by electronic means (e-mail, SMS), unless you have opted out in advance.

Personal data will be processed automatically in the customer database and accounting software and in paper form (documentation in the relevant folders).

Legal basis:

Paybill is entitled to process your personal data without your consent, as it carries out processing that is necessary prior to the conclusion of a purchase contract and for the performance of any purchase contracts concluded via the e-shop and legal obligations.

Therefore, the provision of personal data is necessary for the transmission of complete product information, including price, as this is not freely accessible for the protection of our customers, and for any purchases in the e-shop. Without this information, it will not be possible to purchase the goods offered by Paybill in the e-shop.

Paybill is also entitled to process your personal data because of the legitimate interests of the controller (e.g. to process the contact details of its customers' legal representatives for business communications or to collect debts from customers).

Paybill is also entitled to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller, unless you object to this processing.

To whom will your data be provided or disclosed?

Processors:

In addition to our employees, your personal data will also be processed by third parties who have been or will be entrusted by Paybill under a data processing agreement.

We use processors such as:

• in our business activities, when we cooperate with external sales representatives or with our affiliated company Witty Trade s.r.o. (registration number 24845353, based at Průmyslová 1472/11, Hostivař, 102 00 Praha 10),
• in accounting (EK Partners, s.r.o.,ID: 04599624, with registered office at Senovážné náměstí 992/8, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1) or
• for marketing purposes (e.g. Make4You s.r.o., ID No. 062 77 004, with registered office at Navrátilova 1421/11, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1).

Recipients:

Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties if it is necessary for the execution of your order (e.g. carriers of ordered goods), disclosure constitutes a legal obligation (e.g. law enforcement authorities, courts) or personal data is disclosed to protect the rights of the controller (e.g. lawyers).

How long will we keep your personal data?

Personal data will be retained for the duration of Paybill's business unless you object to processing for direct marketing purposes.

If you object to direct marketing, we will retain your personal data for a maximum of 10 calendar years after the year in which your engagement with Paybill ends.

In the event that you deal with Paybill on behalf of the company, your data will be deleted immediately upon notification of another contact person by the customer.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data, to access your personal data, including the right to a copy of your personal data and, where applicable, to the portability of your personal data to another controller, to have your personal data corrected or deleted (if an objection to direct marketing is raised or if the retention period for your personal data expires), or to restrict processing.

YOU MAY OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES AND YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE DELETED AND SHREDDED (unless Paybill has another reason for processing it).

YOU MAY ALSO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO PAYBILL'S PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR OTHER LEGAL INTERESTS AND THE PERSONAL DATA WILL BE DELETED, unless Paybill demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests or rights
